SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Friday

Cattle & Logistics

·       Cattle unloading: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

·       ALL cattle must be on-site by 8:00 PM

·       Early arrival needed? Contact Josh at 616-212-8226 to make arrangements.

·       Camping: If you plan to bring a camper, please let Josh know in advance.

Entertainment & Food

·       Bar opens: 3:00 PM

·       Live music: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

·       Food vendors: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

·       Five Dog Star

·       Fat Guys Burgers

 

Saturday

Food Vendors

·       MR. P Cheesesteaks — 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (breakfast sandwiches & coffee available)

·       Five Dog Star — 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Futurity Show

·       Show starts: 10:00 AM

·       We have 145 entries! We anticipate the show wrapping up between 2:00–3:00 PM.

·       Awards ceremony will follow immediately after the show.

·       Cattle load-out begins directly after awards (~4:00 PM)

·       A team will be on-site until 6:00 PM to support load-out. After 6:00 PM, participants are responsible for loading their own animals.

Evening

·       Based on feedback from volunteers and participants, we will NOT be tearing down Saturday evening. This allows those staying the night to relax and visit.

·       There are many ranches within an hour of the event with tours happening Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you'd like to visit a ranch, contact Josh to get connected.

 

Sunday

·       All cattle must be off-site by 5:00 PM. Pens will begin to be disassembled Sunday afternoon.

·       Need more time? Several area ranches have availability to hold cattle. Contact us if you don't have arrangements and we can help.
